WebOct 26, 2024 · 4,510. 0. Feb 19, 2015. #1. Hi, I built a custom gaming PC a few weeks back and every time I start to record with Dxtory my fps drops to around 2 fps on every game. I have tried reinstalling my drivers and wiping my entire computer and reinstalling Dxtory etc, but nothing will work. My PC specs: AMD FX 6300 @3.76GHz. 8GB RAM @1600MHz. WebJun 17, 2013 · Honorable. Ive started using dxtory recently to record gameplay but it always seems to cause my game to lag and i cant do anything about it. I have changed the settings and tried to record at 30 fps but my game still lags. Ive had the same problem with fraps. Fraps has never lagged for me but recently has made my games lag unbearably.
