One press brings on the running lights and the second press brings on the Normal Headlights which is what your supposed to have on. I try to avoid using the headlights as long as possible because of the fps hit. I mentioned in the past that the same offence applies when driving in rain. It is totally uneccesary. While I'm sure laws vary between states, it is hardly something the police chase people down and fine them for.

Once they are on they are auto turned on when you quit the game and come back later. WebBasically, you'll get a ticket if you don't have full headlights during nighttime, starting around 20 / 8PM i think and until 6 or 8 AM. You also need full headlights in rainy weather. It's common sense really. There's just no variation depending on countries if that's what you were wondering.
