WebSynedrion have the best sniper, Jericho catch up later though. Anu are the only access to melee initially. Jericho have technicians which allow you to fully heal your soldiers including limbs. You can always steal research if you’re not allied. Careful with shredding/piercing weapons. Not much point mixing them up in squads.
