Fireworks can be used between 7am-1am on New Year's Eve, Diwali and Chinese New Year. WebOct 23, 2024 · I agree. I appreciate some people enjoy them so wouldn't mind (as much anyway) scheduled displays on certain dates so people could prepare, especially when it comes to their animals. I don't see any reason why anyone needs to let off fireworks on the 20th October though personally.
