The paper was renamed the Sunday Empire News in 1944, but in 1950 became the Empire News and the Umpire and in 1953 was back to being the Empire News. WebbThe Paper Empire has been at its location on the wedding and design precinct of High Street in Armadale Melbourne since 2003. Our High Street premises are the base for operations which include a retail shop, design studio, an online store, pop up shops, laser cutting and creative workshops.
